Being Mindful

Being Mindful MBSR is the most recognised and well researched stress reduction programme worldwide. The demands of modern day life produce stress.

The course is a well structured step by step process which heightens mindful awareness and reduces stress through a variety of meditation practices, life skill presentations and discussions. When the body is exposed to stress for prolonged periods it becomes exhausted and depleted. Mindfulness is a valuable way of gently assisting the body to return to optimal vitality. The mindfulness programme can benefit a range of individuals; from professionals aiming to reduce work stress, to those suffering from pain or illness, to those simply seeking a more balanced and peaceful lifestyle.

The next MBSR - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course starts on Monday 4th May. This course will run online for 8 weeks - Mondays 5.30pm - 8pm. See www.beingmindful.co.za for more info. There is a 10% reduction in fee for this course because of the current situation with Covid.
