Very happy to have rocked my first breathwork journey in what feels like forever. Easily pushing a couple of months.

My attention has been taken elsewhere but I have maintained reading, writing and working with my crystals, gems and minerals.

The start to 2024 has been great and am looking forward to making the absolute best of it.. taking more risks, raising my commitment level to my passions, holding myself accountable, become more financially wise, spending more time with my family, making healthier choices and making this the most positive year regarding my substance intake.

Although there were heaps of hardships in 2023 there were an equal amount of incredible experiences and memories I will cherish forever. Every year I learn more, every year I grow, revolve and adapt. I’m grateful for it all.

And I am grateful for all the support that you, my friends and family have shown and shared. My eternal gratitude 🙏🏻 thank you.

We are all one at the end of the day.. we all bleed red, love and want to protect our family’s. Let’s make this the most compassionate year we have lived to-date.

Help people who don’t ask, say thank you, love fiercely and stand in your power. I love you.

Self love is the most pure and therefore you can share it with upmost purity. Not everyday is sunshine and rainbows, but how else would we recognized them without some dark nights and days filled with shadows?
