Wandering the streets of Tapovan, Rishikesh after an awesome day of cooking with Vivek. I was taught chipati, aloo paratha, naan, paneer masala and of course authentic Masala Chai made with buffalo milk and fresh spices. It was all SO good!!

4. Breakfast Dosa with coconut chutney & peanut chutney
5. Arrived at Dehradun on Tuesday at 1pm
6. FINALLY.... Where we need to be in Topavan, Rishikesh at Akhanda Anand Prakash Ashram.
It certainly is worth the long haul.

Now teaching at a space large enough to accommodate a few more. Please feel free to reach out for further details.

Yoga is a skill, which when practiced, helps with calming the mind, building strength and teaches you to use your breath. The breath helps to regulate the nervous system which in turn quiets the mind. It's all linked ~ it's a union of the mind, nervous system, breath and the muscular system.
