This is a Natural Healing therapy that works together with your body’s own ability to heal it’s self and adapt to environments and stresses. The innate intelligence of the body works with the body’s Autonomic Nervous System. Which is whereby all subconscious processes happen in your body. eg, The beating of your heart, the process of digestion, the elimination of waste from the urinary tract, intestines and the skin, the release of hormones in the endocrine system and unconscious breathing. When the body’s innate intelligence has been disrupted due to an imbalance that it has been unable to correct through a homeostatic response in the body, the body becomes imbalanced on one or all levels, being, mental , emotional, physical or the interlinking of them all on an energetic level. When the brain is in fight or flight mode in its attempt to survive in cases of stress and trauma on any level throughout the duration of our lives, we become limited in our responses to stressful situations or illness, when the brain and body is unable to recover and react in a balanced capacity with its innate intelligence intact, our homeostatic responses are strained due to the limbic brain taking over the left brains response to survive and cutting off the right brain function. Only part of the body is able to function in fight or flight mode and when our lives are constantly under stresses and pressures, we begin to feel imbalanced and some part of our being will suffer or become debilitated if we are not returned to our balanced innate functioning. As a Practitioner, I monitor stresses in the body through the use of muscle monitoring , finding stresses and imbalances that are causing physical pain and illness, mental stagnation and fears & emotional imbalances in the way you do life. I have dealt successfully with recurring back pain, abnormal cholesterol, body weight issues, anaemia, blood pressure, circulation problems, hypothyroidism, depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, destructive behaviours, addictions, allergies, relationship problems, achieving success in health and fitness goals, low self esteem, business goals, learning, studying and writing exams. I work with doubts, fears, beliefs and ailments on a level as deep as your DNA, I am able to assist you in achieving health and vitality, free from anything limiting you from attaining any goal you wish to achieve in life. Healing is a journey and it takes commitment to a process, some healings and results will be seen soon after a treatment, others will take a process of you coming into balance, you will have to take steps away from the way you are familiar with doing life, and take steps towards living the life you were meant to live.
