Was a low-key Friday. Weekend happened, that’s why I’m only posting now. Nothing dramatic… but okay fine, I did a little extra, which rarely happens.

Struggling with keratosis pilaris? Same girl, same. 🫠
First things first. This is not a skin infection. It is harmless, super common, and yes, you can treat it at home.
Keratosis pilaris happens when dead skin cells build up inside the hair follicle. Those little bumps are basically your skin asking for two things: gentle exfoliation and proper moisture.

The goal is simple.
