Why is Stretching before exercise so important?

1.Extremely beneficial to increase your range of motion💃🕺
2. Decreases the chance of possible injuries during exercise🏥🚑
3. Reduces muscle tension🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Please stretch and warm up properly. Too many injuries occur because a warm up is not done before exercise. Winter is on its way and it's getting cold now, so even more important.

How to increase flexibility without any equipment aids?
The easiest and best time to stretch is after a warm bath/shower. Do a stretch routine every night and the results will definitely be seen.

With effective stretching you’ll have less tension in the muscles and subsequently less pain!
