A factual bit of information regarding “reading in dim light will ruin your eyesight."
The Truth: Reading in dim light won't permanently damage your eyes. It can cause temporary eye strain, fatigue, or dryness, but your vision won’t be harmed long-term. Your eyes might feel tired or sore, but they’ll recover with rest.

Our body and eyes are fragile. Staying hydrated and avoiding direct exposure to heaters can also help prevent dry, itchy eyes.
