8 years ago, while pregnant with my first baby, I felt something was missing.

Most antenatal classes focused only on the birth itself — but I was craving more. I wanted evidence-based guidance on birth, recovery, breastfeeding, and baby care — the real challenges that come after the birth too.

After my baby arrived, I quickly realised: I wasn’t alone. So many new moms felt overwhelmed and under-supported.

That’s when I decided to change things.
💡 I began collecting the information I wished I’d had — the kind that makes you feel informed, empowered, and supported. From that, I created a practical, no-fluff antenatal course that covers it all — from labour to those tough first weeks at home with your newborn.

….And because support after birth is just as important, my course includes 4 weeks of direct support from me — a midwife & lactation consultant, who gets it — so new moms aren’t left figuring it out alone.

Ek is sooo opgewonde om hierdie boek in my hand vas te hou! Uitstekende raad om kinders gesond groot te maak, van baba-tyd tot tieners. Dis kort en kragtig weergegee en help om veilige inligting te onderskei van al die oorweldigende inligting wat beskikbaar is.

Dr Claudia Gray is 'n pediatriese allergoloog en ook 'n ma van 4 kinders, sy verstaan al die vrae waarmee ons elke dag worstel.

Ons het vandag afskeid geneem van Ané, ons praktykbestuurder, wat vir 18 jaar alles agter die skerms glad laat verloop het. Ons is baie dankbaar vir al haar harde werk en mooiste glimlag elke dag.

Ek weet sy was geliefd onder die pasiënte, ons almal gaan haar baie mis!

Dr Nické Theron joined the practice part-time 3 years ago. She has a passion to help moms understand and manage the big and small problems that babies and children could have.
