First movements: 18–22 weeks
Feel like: flutters or bubbles
Later: strong kicks and rolls

🔎 What to Watch:
Get to know your baby’s pattern. You should feel about 10 movements in 1–2 hours when baby is active.

🚨 Important:
If movements suddenly decrease or feel different, contact your doctor immediately.
