Ever notice how your GPS says “recalculating route” instead of “you made a mistake”?
Life works the same way. Mistakes aren’t there to define you, they’re there to guide you.

If something no longer aligns with your path, change direction. Recalculate as many times as you need until you find your ideal route.

Learning is the most valuable currency there is. There’s power in knowledge… and no one gains it without making a few wrong turns.

Keep going. Keep recalculating. Your route matters and you can always take the next right turn. 🚀

🌍 World Health Day is observed annually to mark the founding of the World Health Organization (WHO) and to bring global attention to important public health issues that affect communities worldwide.

One of the most powerful ways to protect your health is through regular health screenings. These proactive assessments help detect silent, high-risk conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and certain cancers before symptoms appear. Screenings like blood pressure checks, cholesterol tests, mammograms, and Pap smears allow for early treatment, improving survival rates and reducing hospitalisation.

Why health screenings matter:
🔍 Early Detection & Prevention – Identifies serious illnesses early, allowing for more effective and often less costly treatment.
💰 Reduced Healthcare Costs – Early intervention can prevent expensive long-term care or emergency treatment.
📊 Better Health Management – Regular checks for blood pressure, blood sugar, and BMI provide valuable insights to help manage risk factors such as obesity or high cholesterol.
🧠 Peace of Mind & Empowerment – Knowing your health status encourages proactive lifestyle choices.
❤️ Improved Life Expectancy – Routine screenings for cardiovascular, cancer, and metabolic conditions support longer, healthier lives.

At CRISMO, we believe prevention is one of the most powerful tools in healthcare. Prioritising regular screenings helps individuals and communities build healthier futures.

💙 World Autism Awareness Day 💙
Autism and Humanity - Every Life Has Value, means that every individual, regardless of ability, deserves dignity, respect, understanding, and the opportunity to thrive.

Autism is not something to be “fixed” - it is a different way of experiencing and interacting with the world. By creating more inclusive communities, practicing patience, and promoting understanding, we can help ensure that autistic individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered.

One helpful communication approach is the “6-second rule.”
When giving instructions or asking a question, pause for about six seconds before repeating or prompting again. This extra time allows autistic individuals the space they may need to process information, respond comfortably, and communicate more effectively.

Small changes in how we communicate and support one another can make a meaningful difference.

This is your Monday reminder: Be Kind to Your Mind 🌿

Being kind to your mind isn’t a luxury - it’s a necessity. Just like your body needs rest and nourishment, your mind deserves compassion, patience, and care.

Start this week by choosing yourself.
✨ Speak to yourself with kindness
✨ Stay present - not stuck in the past or anxious about the future
✨ Set boundaries that protect your peace
✨ Accept yourself, flaws and all - growth doesn’t require perfection
✨ Move your body, rest deeply, and step outside when you can
✨ Take breaks - you don’t have to earn your rest
✨ Redefine success - every setback is part of your story, not the end of it

Remember: The way you talk to yourself matters.
Give yourself the same grace you give others.
💛 This week, protect your energy. Nurture your mind. Choose balance over burnout.

World TB Day is observed every year on 24 March to raise awareness about tuberculosis and the global efforts needed to eliminate this disease. The date marks the historic discovery made in 1882 by Dr. Robert Koch, who identified the bacterium that causes TB, opening the path to diagnosis and treatment.

The 2026 theme, “Yes, We Can End TB: Led by Countries, Powered by People,” highlights the importance of strong leadership, innovation, primary healthcare systems, and committed communities working together to end TB.

Key Facts About Tuberculosis (TB):
• TB is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis
• It most commonly affects the lungs, but can spread to other parts of the body
• TB spreads through the air when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks
• It is preventable and treatable, especially when detected early
• The BCG vaccine helps protect infants against severe forms of TB

Despite being treatable, tuberculosis continues to affect millions of people globally. Early diagnosis, access to treatment, and strong public health systems remain essential to achieving the global goal of eliminating TB by 2030.

CRISMO supports efforts that strengthen community awareness, early detection, and access to healthcare, helping build healthier communities and a TB-free future.

The people you surround yourself with matter more than you think. The energy you allow into your life sets the tone, the standards, and the direction for where you are going.

They say if you have even one person who fiercely believes in you, you can change the world. That belief fuels courage, strengthens resilience, and reminds you of your potential on the days when you forget it yourself.

Our friends influence our habits, our habits shape our choices, and our choices ultimately determine our future.

Choose to surround yourself with people who uplift you, challenge you to grow, and support your dreams - in business, in partnerships, in life, and in love.
Because nothing speaks louder than the circle you keep. The right people don’t just stand beside you - they help you rise.

✨ Choose your circle wisely. Your future is listening ✨

Human Rights Day
On 21 March, South Africa commemorates Human Rights Day, a moment to reflect on the country’s journey toward democracy and to honour those who sacrificed their lives in the struggle for freedom.

This day marks the Sharpeville Massacre of 1960, when 69 people lost their lives while peacefully protesting the apartheid pass laws. Their courage and sacrifice remain a powerful reminder of the cost of freedom and the importance of protecting human dignity.

Human Rights Day also reaffirms the values contained in Chapter 2 of the South African Constitution – the Bill of Rights, which guarantees the fundamental rights of all people, including equality, dignity, and freedom.

The entire month of March is recognized as Human Rights Month, dedicated to promoting awareness, strengthening a culture of social justice, and encouraging all citizens to understand and uphold their rights.

CRISMO recognizes that access to quality healthcare, respect, and dignity are essential human rights and remain committed to contributing to healthier communities while upholding the values of equality and respect for all.
