EKFM Cares hands over wheelchair to young boy

EKFM Cares Initiative, in partnership with Medop CC, has handed over a wheelchair to seven-year-old Mahlatse Masopoga, who is living with cerebral palsy.
Speaking during the handover, Medop CC Orthotist and Prosthetist liaison officer, Quinta van Steijn, said, "We are very proud to be able to say that this is the second chair that we actually able to handout and how incredible the product is. We really hope it's going to make your life and your family's life so much easier."

Mahlatse’s mother, Lebogang Masopoga, expressed heartfelt gratitude, saying if her son could speak, he would personally thank everyone involved.

EKFM station manager, Velly Nxumalo, also thanked Medop CC for their support, adding that the station appreciates the family’s trust in allowing EKFM to be part of their journey.
