It’s been a very active start to the year and I’m just loving any form of movement at the moment.

I’ve really been trying hard with my nutrition and I can feel the benefit! So much stronger and so much more energy in my workouts.

Time to hit some goals ✨

It’s been a good break, back to work tomorrow

My personal goals for ‘24:
- be more consistent
- better my time management (this should actually be top of the list)
- make more time for family & friends
- just eat the salad 😭
