Struggling with a nasty cough that just wont let up? Thanks to our very own UnaniTibb Practitioner, Dr Farah, we have the perfect fix! 💪🍵

Try this simple remedy that strengthens the immune system, acts as a natural antibiotic; anti-inflammatory, anti viral, expectorant all the while soothing irritated scratchy throats.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- About 1 cup of Honey
- 6-7 Cloves of garlic

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Slice the onion and garlic and place them at the bottom of an airtight container. Drizzle some honey and then place a layer of the onion and garlic mixture once again , drizzle honey and continue repeating these stels, creating a layering effect
- Cover tightly and leave the mixture to stand on the counter over night for 8-12 hours. After it has sat out, you wil lnotice a liquid in the jar.

Use a spoonful of this as needed to control your cough.

16 year old Female presented to M&D with Acute Anterior and Posterior knee pain as a result of over activity and muscle stiffness. Pain duration of 3 weeks. (Sports: Hockey & Waterpolo.)

Monday she received Dry needling, Electro therapy, manipulations and Kinesio strapping.

Yesterday we performed dry and wet cupping and Cryotherapy to further loosen the quad and drain unwanted fluid and toxin buildup.

We're excited to see the benefits of combining Cupping and Chiropractics and the effects it has! 💉💪
