Reignite the flame by joining us on a day filled with experience, pamper and adventure. Starting with a unique and interactive tea and chocolate tasting, where your taste buds will go on an adventure. This experience will have you feeling, smelling and tasting three indigenous teas endemic to the South African floral region paired with local Mayan Chocolate
From drinking tea to painting with it, moving to the second part of this experience you and your partner will get in touch with your creative side, by painting with the same tea you tasted. You will be given instructions and left to let the creative juices flow on the riverbanks, creating the ideal circumstances to get creative
Next up at Forest Wellness - learn the art of giving your partner a truly relaxing foot massage. Discover simple techniques you can take home and use to create moments of deep relaxation, calm & connection
Date day is not just about drinking tea, art and pampering, a little adventure is just as important. You will be put to the test with a 90-minute guided kayaking adventure, sharing a kayak with your partner. The guide will take you to experience parts of the Goukamma River not available to the public, where you will get in touch with nature and with each other
The day will end with a bottle of wine, a cheese platter on a picnic blanket on the riverbanks.

Experience a true connection to nature, guided by the full moon. Departing from the river bay and canoe up the river first. We will stop at the turnaround point for a hot chocolate before heading back down, time depending, to the old N2 bridge. Depending on the level of the river, that will decide which way we will go
As you journey down the river, keep an eye out for fireflies (glow worms) lighting up the dusk, wildlife stirring along the banks, and fish splashing at the surface. Stay alert for low-hanging trees await, and youโll need to duck beneath them to continue your adventure
Life jackets and canoe provided, bring your own head torch or torch to spot any animals, insect repellent, dry set of clothes, towels, and a sense of adventure!
