Our Story
At our physio practice our aim is to help people get better and stay better. Conditions treated by our practice include Orthopeadic, Neurological and cardiopulmonary conditions. We also treat sport injuries and we are involved with women's health issues. The following are examples of some of the conditions we treat and rehabilitate: -Back and Neck pain - Headaches - Shoulder, ankle and knee injuries - Postural problems - Assisting in rehabilitation after fractures and dislocations - Post surgery rehabilitation e.g. arthroscopy. rotator cuff injuries, spinal surgery, joint injuries and replacement surgery. - Rehabilitation after a stroke or head injuries - Milestone delays and Cerebral Palsy - Adult and peadiatric respiratory conditions e.g. sinusitis, bronchitis, Asthma and brochopneumonia. - Sport injuries including muscle and ligament sprains and strains as well as joint injuries -Strapping and taping -Rehabilitation of pelvic floor muscles - Breastfeeding consultations All medical aids are accepted and no doctor referrals are needed.
