We want to make sure that the quality of our WhatsApp consultations do not lag behind and end up compromising care. With that in mind we envision making copy and paste bullet point questions kind of in the same vein as conducting a poll but with multiple red flag symptoms as the options to choose from. This will help with many of our patients who struggle with texting elaborate messages who can then simply tap the symptoms that are relevant and it will help us to identify red flag symptoms and act accordingly. However we don't know where to begin and we are willing to pay good money if someone knowledgeable with programming and integrating systems into WhatsApp can help us set something like this up.
