A Pilates studio in the Garden Route that offers mat classes in small group settings. We aim to provide individuals with not only a good workout, but a technique-focused, educational experience. Our instructors are qualified through BASI Pilates, and have a passion for people, anatomy, and movement. Monthly memberships and drop-in classes are available by appointment.
