Our aim is to provide faster results through scientific measurements. Private Physical Rehabilitation from a Clinical Exercise Physiological Perspective. We focus on Rehabilitation massage techniques to help reduce muscle stress and inflammation in combination with various stretch techniques and physical exercise to help strengthen the body and muscles to ensure a full physical recovery. Post injury rehabilitation, Deep Tissue & Sport Massage designed to increase flexibility and muscle strength.
*WellneZone Armwrestling Club*
We offer training in Armwrestling tecniques , club practice as well as local and National competitions. Men & Women of All ages are wellcome! We have a collective of about 7 years experience in the sport , with multiple 2nd and 3rd places ranked in the South African Armwrestling Championships , as well as the winner of the Women's' Open Division in 2023.

We have a Cozy at home Salon , providing Facials , Gel Nails , Manicures , Pedicures , Wax and Tint treatments. The product we stock is Dermafix , a South African Brand Formulated and made with OUR skins in mind. Customizable to your needs : Pigmentation , Acne , Ageing , Sensitivity or a combination of the above , are ailments we can focus on in these facial treatments.
