MEET THE TEAM!

Kris completed his studies at ETA in 2020 and is one of the personal trainers at Eagleton Fitness

He prides himself on making real personal connections with each of his clients, with a view to providing individualised training programs.

He’s believes in continued education and is currently in the process of completing his Pilates Matwork Certification.

Kris loves getting to know people and creates a space for those who don’t necessarily see themselves as ‘gym people’ in the traditional sense.

In his spare time he is either (begrudgingly) watching Man United, reading fantasy or gaming with friends.

Nicole Thiel is a 3rd Dan Kyokushin Karate instructor with a passion for fitness and healthy living. She coaches online sessions over Zoom at Eagleton Fitness

Nicole has 17 years of experience in martial arts training and has been teaching for 10 years. When she's not coaching online, she's teaching kids and adults karate classes all over Cape Town.

Nicole loves helping people reach their goals in strength and fitness. She particularly enjoys helping women get stronger, to be and do everything they want to.

In her down time, you can find her walking in nature or reading a book in the sunshine.

MEET THE TEAM!

Jackie Wells is one of the incredible team members at Eagleton Fitness and has a dedicated space in the gym where she provides Physiotherapy and Pilates training.

Jackie obtained her Physiotherapy degree from the University of Cape Town in 1997. She also spent several years in the UK working in a range of clinical settings. This included orthopaedics, paediatrics, and general sports injuries – specifically back and neck rehabilitation.

Jackie returned to South Africa in 2004, and started back_in_action_ct where she combined joint and soft tissue mobilisation, fascial release, visceral mobilisation, strength and conditioning, and exercise rehabilitation to treat her growing client base.

Jackie also recently qualified as a volunteer fire fighter serving the greater community.

When Jackie is not assisting her clients you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors, hiking, trail running and spending time with her family and Lulu her dog.

Jackie’s positive attitude and love for assisting her clients makes her a real asset to our team.
