For those who have been feeling the weather, and feel like a healthy hot-drink, here are some options. You can also read a little here about how your drinks contribute to over-all hydration.
Keep in mind the golden rules for liquids:
1. Stop drinking at least 30-45min before a meal,
2. Don’t drink during meal-time, and limit your drinks to just a few small sips if you are very thirsty, or if you struggle to swallow something down
3. Resume drinking more than 1 hour after finishing a meal
This helps your food digest better, and ensures that your liquids can be efficiently absorbed.
