Two years ago, my life changed completely. After my marriage ended, I suddenly had to start over — as a mother, as a professional, and in so many areas of life. At the time, I had already given up my career to homeschool my children, and I found myself needing to rebuild everything from the ground up.
That season was hard and full of difficult decisions. I had to let go of things I once loved because they weren’t sustainable for me anymore. But in the process, I discovered something invaluable: a deeper understanding of my own sensory wiring and how it shaped the way I function best.
By learning to work with my sensory sensitivity — instead of pushing against it — I began to make small but powerful changes in my routines, my work, and my daily life. These steps have helped me stay healthy and present, both for myself and for my children.
This journey inspired me to create Sensory Rebalance. 🌿
