Today, the Portfolio Committee on Health and Wellness, together with the MEC for Health and Wellness, , conducted an oversight visit and tour of the Command Centre in Midrand. The visit enabled the Committee to learn from existing EMS systems and operations, including emergency response coordination, performance monitoring, and referral systems. This formed part of ongoing efforts to strengthen emergency medical services and improve response times.

After observing that some learners did not have proper school uniforms, she personally contributed funds to ensure the identified learners received complete and appropriate school attire.
