1. Wet hands with clean, running water.
2. ⁠Apply soap - enough to cover all surfaces.
3. ⁠Scrub hands for 20 seconds. Don’t forget to scrub thumbs, between fingers, palms, under nails and the back of your hands.
4. ⁠Rinse hands under clean running water.
5. ⁠Dry hands with clean towel.
