The Hills are alive...with the SOUND OF MUSIC!!!

Elzani was able to attend the Baby Course presented by Dr. Christa Scholtz. What an amazing time spent learning about the importance of early childhood intervention and the role of the occupational therapist during this period. We are excited to be able to support our ECD community even more!

A common "challenge" adults have with following the lead of children is:

"When we let them lead, it goes nowhere."

"My children dont do anything amazing."

"They aren't learning anything when they lead."
🤔

1: Where do you think it needs to go? SELF-CHOSEN play is VALUABLE, period. The process alone without it "going" anywhere IS ONE OF THE MANY THE VALUABLE PARTS

2: Play does NOT need to be amazing to the adult-eye in order to be worthy of TIME and RESPECT

3: Children are learning EVERYTHING that is absolutely the most important when they lead. The problem is, we have lost sight of what is truly most important.
