We are proud to report that a Physiotherapist and Biokineticist have offices in our facility. Ashley Bond from Bond Physiotherapy and Danielle Luyt from Danielle Luyt Biokineticist are both avid sports people. When they are not busy with patients you will more than likely see them crushing a workout in the gym.

Elf came to visit me today🤗

Elf on the Shelf pushed a little too hard trying to impress the ladies in the Pilates yesterday 😅 Today he is in our Physiotherapist room seeing Ashley from Bond Physiotherapy . With her expert knowledge in sport related injuries, we're sure he will be good to go in no time 💪

Wishing all the swimmers competing in champs this weekend, all the best💪🏊 Big shout out to Caitlin, Isabelle, Hailey and Xanthe. All these swimmers faced injuries during their preparation. Through hard work and determination, they did not let their injuries stop them. I know you will dominate this weekend🤗

Congratulations to Chrizaan who was selected for the SA softball team. She is travelling to tour in Prague 🇿🇦 a few weeks ago she sustained a severe lateral ankle sprain. Not once did she let this injury discourage her. Well done for being consistent with your rehab, you are going to do so well on your tour🤗
