We are proud to report that a Physiotherapist and Biokineticist have offices in our facility. Ashley Bond from Bond Physiotherapy and Danielle Luyt from Danielle Luyt Biokineticist are both avid sports people. When they are not busy with patients you will more than likely see them crushing a workout in the gym.

We are an Official Hyrox Training Club. We have Hyrox classes on a Tuesday and Thursday at 17h30. Our classes are programmed by a qualified Hyrox Coach and our classes are facilitated by qualified Hyrox Group Instructors.

Our 126m2 functional area right next to the main gym floor enables seamless transition from strict exercise to functional exercise.

The functional area boasts a wide variety of equipment:
4 ski ergs
4 row ergs
4 assault bikes
1 bike erg
4 rope climb stations and 5 gymnastic ring stations
Rig with 11 pull up and 4 squat stations
Astroturf with 2 sleds
18 Olympic bars (male + female) incl. 2 technique bars
11 plyometric boxes including 2 padded
Slam balls 3kg to 70kg
Kettlebells 2kg to 36 kg
Hex dumbbells 8kg to 30kg
Sandbags 10kg to 30kg
And a whole bunch more 💪

We also offer functional fitness classes at 5am Monday to Friday included in the membership 🏋️‍♂️
