Hoe oorleef ek ’n dag met werk, kinders, 100 take én nul energie?
Wel… ek het nie. 🤣 Ek het probeer.
Tot ek besef het.....jy kan nie ’n Ferrari wees en petrol inhou nie.🤭🤭🤭

Ek was letterlik:
➡️ heeldag moeg
➡️ gereeld hardlywig (kom ons wees eerlik 😅)
➡️ breinvog- of gereeld in 'n traans gevoel, 'n droom gevoel...
➡️ geen krag om my 100-item to-do list te dra nie
… en dit alles terwyl ek:

🐓 13 hoenders aan die gang hou
🐥 40 kuikens oppas
🦆 8 makoue voer
🐰 5 hase + honderde babas wat elke week pop 😅
👦👦👦 3 seuns homeschool
💼 my eie besigheid bestuur
🍞 en steeds bak & brou as stokperdjie

Ek het gevoel soos ’n eenvrou-wildreservaat met min battery.

Toe begin ek iets verander…

✨ Shake vir voeding & energie
My oggend-shake gee my die brandstof om nie soos ’n zombie by die werk en die hoenderhok op te daag nie.

Daai koppie tee… dis soos ’n mini reboot. My brein skakel weer aan.

Hulle sê jys nie gebou om swaar te dra nie, behalwe my maag, My maag het ALLES gedra 😂😂😂 tot aloe dit kalmeer en reggemaak het.

✨ Multi-Fibre vir gereelde stoelgang
As jy hardlywig is, voel jy moeg, opgeblase en cranky. Multi-Fibre het my letterlik ligter laat voel (op al die maniere 😅).

En skielik was ek nie meer in oorleef-modus nie.
Ek funksioneer. Ek voel weer soos myself. Ek kan weer alles hanteer, van homeschooling tot hoenders wat d**k hulle is mense.
