Exciting announcement 1 of many!🎉

We’re excited to officially welcome Runé to our team! Runé joined us when we opened on the 5th of January, and we couldn’t be happier to have her on board.

Originally from Nigel and a proud alumna of Hoër Volkskool Heidelberg, Runé completed her undergraduate studies in Potchefstroom and her Honours degree in Biokinetics at Wits University.

Runé has a strong passion for movement, sport, and physical performance, with a special interest in sport-related injuries, rehabilitation, and helping athletes safely return to play. Her energy, professionalism, and genuine care for her patients make her a wonderful addition to our practice.

When she’s not in the practice, you’ll find her staying active and enjoying her own training — she truly lives what she teaches.💪
