INZUNZA/SEDIMO SA METSING
This is the most secretive topic in the kindom of Ubungoma and one is not permitted to share more than enough on the topic.
Inzunza is a water deity that presents itself as a snake with a an upper body of a human or a horse and this snake resides deep in the waters (be it a dam, river, water fall or an ocean). Its duty amongst others is to guard the water portal/gates to the spiritual world and like any other Idlozi, Inzunza has a nation and people it rules and this people lives underwater, they are the ones who does initiation when person is taken by the snake to undergo initiation.
So, when we talk about a Inzunza sangoma, we talk about a sangoma who is initiated by the people of inzunza and Blood ancestors under a supervision of Inzunza or a water snake or noha ya metsing. This is the sangoma who can control weather including lightning. When Inzunza sangoma perform any ritual or burn impepho, the weather will change instantly.
Inzunza is a clean sprit that doesn't allow one to do bad things including witchcraft, it will never possess anyone who is doing bad things or motho wa pelo empe. It is mostly mistaken with inkanyamba and a mermaid, while all of them are water spirit dieties, Inzunza is far different from the two. Initiation in dreams
Inzunza sangoma must be initiated under water by the snake and the people of Inzunza and no sangoma can initiate a person with inzunza because this is the spirit of the kings and doesn't bow to anyone. We see in the recent times that everyone is now going to the rivers and mostly doing witchcraft including ukuthwebula. For this reasons Inzunza prefer to do initiations trough dreams. Initiation Underwater

After that you'll come out of the water wearing a traditional gear holding divination bones and a drum. You'll also come out with a python or a fish that you'll have to take a place it in your indomba. Then you'll have go to the traditional healer who'll be assisting you tocomplete the initiation and come back to your indumba as soon as possible since your snake will be left alone. The initiation underwater can take anything
from hours to days, weeks, months and years depending on the amount of what needs to be learned and how quick one can grasp the knowledge.
While under water for few hours, sangomas must sing continuously and no one must cry. Anyone who's is intoxicated or not clean will be taken by the snake and come back dead.
If the initiation is taking weeks, the sangomas who are singing will go home and when the initiate is ready to come out of the water, his siblings or parents will dream of the snake telling them that now is the time they have to go and fetch you from the waters then sangomas will go again to have a ritual and sing at the river until you come out with a python.
Inzunza is a spirit that will make your life a living hell, especially when you refuse to take up the calling. This is the most tormenting kind of the spirit and if the person is not accepting the calling soon enough, he may end up dead.
When this spirit is initiated correctly, the sangoma will be able to cure many illness by just touching or praying for you and when a person has Inzunza, they most certainly possess Undawe o hamba no Mdiki,

One of the places where it is known that Inzuna reside is, Howick falls in KZN and Mantjolo dam in Swaziland. There has been numerous sightings of the snake in those places and everyone is encouraged to go there after they have cleaned and phahlad for 7 days and must be there in the presence of the experienced healer. Inzunza is not Inkanyamba, Inzunza is a clean pure spirit that doesn't allow any witchcraft. Inzunza idlozi elihle. Not everyone with Inzunza will follow the same process since we are different as people.
