When buying beans, avoid canned beans whenever possible. Canned beans usually contain high amounts of sodium and additives ❌. Buy dry beans instead, which can be cooked quickly and conveniently in a pressure cooker.
If you are using canned beans, be sure to rinse off all the brine. By doing this you don’t just lower the sodium content, but also help to prevent bloating.🫘
