Many factors influence your risk of cancer, including lifestyle and genetics. Discover foods that may help reduce – or increase – your breast cancer risk ⬇️.

Today we’re focusing on all things BEANS 🫘!

When buying beans, avoid canned beans whenever possible. Canned beans usually contain high amounts of sodium and additives ❌. Buy dry beans instead, which can be cooked quickly and conveniently in a pressure cooker.
If you are using canned beans, be sure to rinse off all the brine. By doing this you don’t just lower the sodium content, but also help to prevent bloating.🫘

Some of the sources include: Black beans, Chickpeas, Kidney beans, Lentils, Navy beans, Peas, Pinto beans and Soybeans. 🤩

Many factors influence your risk of cancer, including lifestyle and genetics 🧬 . Discover foods and beverages that may help reduce – or increase – your breast cancer risk ⬇️
There’s no one method that can prevent it. However, there are ways to reduce your risk of developing breast cancer, especially through your diet 🍓

Today we are looking into FLAXSEEDS 🤩. Flaxseeds are rich in phytoestrogens, omega 3 fatty acids, anti oxidants and fibre.
For best results, flaxseed and flaxseed oil should be incorporated into a healthy, well-rounded diet and paired with a variety of other nutrient-dense foods 🤩

Even with a nutrient-rich diet, you still need regular breast cancer screenings like mammograms and manual checks🧑‍⚕️.
