I’m so excited to welcome Dr Melandie Fourie to the practice 🤍

Dr Fourie has worked across the Western and Eastern Cape for the past nine years and recently settled in Sandbaai.

Her personal journey with endometriosis, gut health challenges and chronic pain led her to explore integrative and functional medicine, shaping her commitment to addressing root causes rather than simply managing symptoms. She’s also mom to a beautiful 8-month-old, bringing both professional expertise and heartfelt understanding to her patients.

In 2024, she received a scholarship to further her training through the Institute for Functional Medicine and continues her studies with the Kharrazian Institute. Her clinical interests include gut health, hormonal health, lifestyle and preventative medicine, nutraceutical support, breastfeeding guidance, as well as general GP care.

She will be assisting with GP consultations and IV nutrient therapies, consulting once a week on Tuesdays from 10:00–14:00 starting 17 March 2026.
