HOT SPICY BROGA NEWS!
hey there beautiful people, the Broga Movement is now on Instagram. Expect to see yoga poses in non-yoga like places. Think piles of rubble, building sites, dark graffiti filled alleyways, the supermarket, a parking lot, near some wheelie bins, on a woodpile - basically anywhere that you wouldn't expect to see someone doing yoga.

We are embracing our imperfection and bringing Broga Movement zen into the real world for the benefit of everyone.

I want to post pictures of all the Brogis around the world as well as myself, so put on your Broga T-shirts, start snapping and post the results here. I'll then add an appropriate bit of Broga wisdom and post to Instagram.
