One day won’t hurt you.
It’s the days after that kill you.
Here’s what I’ve seen destroy more transformations than Christmas dinner ever could:
• “I already messed up, might as well keep going”
• Leftover puddings becoming breakfast
• Christmas Eve turning into Christmas Week
• “I’ll start fresh Monday” for 3 weeks straight
Christmas isn’t the problem.
December 26th through January 5th is the problem.
The rule is simple:
Enjoy the holiday.
Wake up the next day.
Get back on the plan.
2 shakes a day, 1 meal a day!
No guilt. No shame. No “starting over.”
Just pick up where you left off.
One meal with your family won’t undo months of work.
