Your Group Leader will be able to guide and motivate you throughout your journey, and fellow members in Group will be there to share the ups and downs of this life-changing journey with you and support you all the way. However the Group support is just one part of the famous ‘Weigh-Less Trilogy’. As the name suggests, the ‘Weigh-Less Trilogy’ is made up of three main factors namely; The Group Leader, The Weight Management Programme and the Member. Each of these factors plays an equally fundamental role in the road to achieving Goal Weight. In fact, it is this winning formula that has seen Weigh-Less form the credible reputation it has today.

Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges with Yoghurt Dip
Serves 2
1 Serve = 1 CC + ¼ Protein + 1 Fat
Choice Recipe
Ingredients:
• 160g sweet potato
• 10ml (2 tsp) olive oil
• 100g low-fat yoghurt
Method:
1. Cut sweet potato into wedges.
2. Toss with oil and bake at 200°C for 25 minutes until crisp.
3. Serve with yoghurt for dipping.

1 Serve = 2 CC + 1 Fruit + 1 Fat
Choice Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 whole-wheat wrap (60g)
• 70g banana, peeled weight
• 10ml (2 tsp) peanut butter

Method:
1. Slice banana thinly.
