1 Serve (3 Energy Bites) = 1¼ CC + ¼ Fruit + 1/3 Fat
Better Choice Recipe

Travel life: 7 days in a cooled environment

Ingredients:

100 g oats
50g pitted dates, chopped
20ml (4 tsp) peanut butter
1 tsp honey (5 ml)
Splash of warm water

Method:
Blend or mash everything; roll into small balls. Chill 30 min before packing.
