As healthcare professionals, we witness the emotional, physical, and psychological impact that violence has on survivors. We believe that every person deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported - not just during these 16 days, but every day of the year.
If you or someone you know is experiencing abuse, please know that help is available. Our practice is a safe, confidential space where you can seek medical care, guidance, and referral support.

We honour every woman whose voice has been ignored, every family affected, and every life lost. Today, we raise our voices by choosing silence — and we stand united for change.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and well-spoken Receptionist / doctor’s assistant to join our busy medical practice based in Hillcrest.

CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN AND AROUND THE UPPER HIGHWAY AREA.

Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming patients and managing front desk operations
* Booking and confirming appointments
* Answering phone calls and handling patient queries
* Maintaining patient records and assisting with admin tasks(benefit queries, age analysis, medical aid queries, assistance with minor procedures)
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role (medical practice experience is an advantage)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Computer literacy and familiarity with booking systems
* Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused attitude
