We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and well-spoken Receptionist / doctor’s assistant to join our busy medical practice based in Hillcrest.

CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN AND AROUND THE UPPER HIGHWAY AREA.

Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming patients and managing front desk operations
* Booking and confirming appointments
* Answering phone calls and handling patient queries
* Maintaining patient records and assisting with admin tasks(benefit queries, age analysis, medical aid queries, assistance with minor procedures)
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role (medical practice experience is an advantage)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Computer literacy and familiarity with booking systems
* Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused attitude

Honouring Mandela Day with 67 Minutes of Service.

Dr Mpanza and her incredible medical team spent their 67 minutes giving back to the community of Molweni Kwanogxaza at God’s Time Prophecy Ministry Church.
they offered free:
Blood Pressure (BP) checks
Glucose (ushukela) testing
HIV testing and counselling
Diclofenac injections (umjovo weynhlungu)
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out and to the team for continuing Madiba’s legacy of compassion, care, and community service. ❤️
