Honouring Mandela Day with 67 Minutes of Service.

Dr Mpanza and her incredible medical team spent their 67 minutes giving back to the community of Molweni Kwanogxaza at God’s Time Prophecy Ministry Church.
they offered free:
Blood Pressure (BP) checks
Glucose (ushukela) testing
HIV testing and counselling
Diclofenac injections (umjovo weynhlungu)
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out and to the team for continuing Madiba’s legacy of compassion, care, and community service. ❤️

From ziplining through the trees to walking in the footsteps of history at the Mandela Capture Site, it was a powerful reminder of how important it is to pause, breathe, and connect.

Team building isn’t just fun — it strengthens communication, encourages support, and helps create a healthier work-life balance. After this much-needed break, the team is back feeling rejuvenated, reenergized, and ready to continue giving their best to our patients.

Important notice:
Our medical practice will be closed on Sunday 8 June, 2025. Our staff are trading in their stethoscopes for running shoes to cheer on the Comrades marathon runners! We wish all participants a safe and successful run - may the hills be kind and the views be breathtaking! To those of you who won't be running (like most of us 😂), we'll be back to normal hours on Monday, ready to patch up any sore muscles 😉.
