Earlier this year, I decided I needed to find a better way to manage the chronic symptoms I struggle with on a daily basis. π·π«£
I became tired of resorting to anti-inflammatory medications, muscle relaxants, and a slew of other things to try get through a day free of painful muscle tension, or a night of restorative sleep. π΄
It was even harder, as of mum of two little firecrackers, as an online TEFL Teacher with nighttime peak hours, and as a yoga instructor by day. π§
Chronic illness is invisible. π₯π₯π₯
If you don't already know, four years ago my physical health radically declined and I was repeatedly misdiagnosed for about two of those years. It got to a point where I couldn't lift my arms or take two steps without becoming nauseated with exhaustion. Tension headaches and constant body stiffness were unbearable.
I was eventually diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. π₯΄π₯΄π₯΄
Fast forward to 2025 π»
In order to sleep better, alleviate my brain fog, and strengthen my immune system, in between life and yoga I read about the benefits of Moringa. I was intrigued at first. Jumped onto the bandwagon of holistic supplements and thought I'd give myself two months to see if I felt ANY difference AT ALL...π€·
I felt a significant improvement in my sleep patterns, energy levels, and cognitive function within the first month of reverting to holistic supplements and other changes I'd made along this path. βοΈ
