Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss (SSNHL) is a medical emergency.

If you or someone you know experiences:
• A sudden drop in hearing in one ear
• A “plugged” or muffled sensation
• Ringing (tinnitus) or dizziness

Don’t wait — seek help immediately.
SSNHL can happen without warning, and early treatment (ideally within 72 hours) is crucial to improve the chances of recovery.
