Good day gorgeous souls.
I would like to talk about stress and its affect-on us.
What is stress?

Stress is a big problem in modern society that can cause many health issues, from minor discomforts to serious illnesses,
It is linked to major causes of death like heart disease, cancer, and stroke.

What happens when we stressed, our body's "fight or flight" response is triggered, affecting our mind, hormones, and immune system,

This could lead to physical and mental problems.
Three levels of stress.

There are different types of stress, but the idea is that stress can impact us in various ways, including:

1 Physical (body)
2 Emotional (mind)
3 immune system (defenses)
The impact of stress:

Stress can affect our entire being, including our thoughts, feeling, systems It is not just "in our heads' - it is a whole-body experience.

In simple terms, stresses and major health issue that can affect us in many ways, and understanding its impact can help us manage it better.

The "flight or fight" mechanism is a natural response in our bodies that helps us react to stress, danger, or threats.
He res how it works:

When we perceive a threat (physical, emotions, or psychological),our brain sends a signal to our body to prepare for action.

This triggers the release of stress hormones like adrenaline ( also known as epinephrine) and cortisol.
What our body does;

Increasing heart rate and blood pressure
Rapid breathing
Tensing muscles
Suppressing non-essential functions (like digestion)
Why it happens:

Flight the threat (confront it)
Flee the threat (run away)
The issue:

In modern times, this mechanism can be triggered by non-life threatening stressors ( like work, finances, or relationships).

If our body's "flight or fight" response is activated too frequently or for too long can lead to physical and mental health challenges.

Specialized kinesiology explores all these areas of life in great depth and on many levels.

Good day gorgeous souls.

Today I thought we can chat about acupressure points.
Acupressure points have a specific place on the meridians.
Some meridians are longer than others and therefore have more acupressure points.

Pressure can be applied to these points to stimulate the flow of Qi, life force energy.

These points can be stimulated to restore balance and relieve tension, Improve blood flow, restore balance to the body's energy.
Practitioners use fingers, thumbs, or specialized tools to apply pressure to these points

Acupressure points can be used to address a wide range of health issues, from headaches and stress, digestive problems, removing viruses, bacteria's, fungi, parasites, allergens and way more.
This is a great and vast subject, I will be sharing a great deal of information as time goes on. Thank you for your interest.
I wish everybody high vitality and wellness.

if you would like to have a balance or ask any questions, feel free to contact me.

Love and Light to all.

Good day gorgeous souls.
Sharon Carroll your specialized Kinesiologist.

Today I thought we should talk about Meridians.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the meridian system refers to a network of energy pathways (or Qi ) channels that flow throughout the body.

These meridians connect various organs and systems, allowing the life force energy (Qi) to circulate and nourish the body.
One can think of them as a network of channels, that contain a free flowing colorless, non-cellular liquid.

They help maintain balance and harmony in the body.
Meridians have been measured and mapped by modern technological methods, electronically, thermostatically, radioactively.

There are specific acupuncture points along the meridian are electromagnetic in character and consist of small oval cells called bonham corpuscles which surround the capillaries in the skin. The blood vessels and the organs throughout the body.

Meridians flow is one continuous unbroken flow, moving in one definite direction throughout the body, and from one meridian to another in a well defined order.

When this energy flow is unrestricted, the body harmonizes the flow to optimize body function.

If stress of any kind affects us and overloads the circuit, the system needs to be to be reset by running the meridian in their specific direction direction in order to reinstate the correct energy flow.

If you would like more information or a balance, feel free to contact me.

Thank you for your time.

Good day, gorgeous souls.
Sharon Carroll here, your Specialized Kinesiologist at your service.

I thought it would be a good idea to share a little more on Emotional Stress Release (ESR) today.

When we experience emotional trauma, the stomach meridian and groin area are directly affected. This is why we may feel churned up inside or even nauseous.

In this situation, while holding the ESR points on your forehead, it may be necessary to think through the stress several times. When you have held the points long enough, a natural sigh of relief often follows.

If you feel the need to hold the points for a longer period of time, that is perfectly fine too. After doing this ESR technique, you have shifted the way your body and mind react to the memory of trauma or stressors.

Now, you have created a resource that allows you to act and respond differently in the future.

ESR can also be helpful in times of simple mental blocks, for example: while writing an exam, preparing for an interview, facing a confrontation, or dealing with day-to-day stresses and traumas.

By simply holding the points on the forehead, we prevent the body from going into survival mode and reacting based on past experiences. Instead, ESR allows us to respond thoughtfully, consider new solutions, and change the way stress affects us.

Thank you for your time.
I wish everyone great wellness and vitality.

Warm regards,
Sharon Carroll

Good Day, Gorgeous Souls,

Sharon Carroll, your Specialized Kinesiologist, here with you.

Today, I’d like to share a super quick, simple, and very useful technique that you can use anytime, anywhere.

This technique is called Emotional Stress Release (ESR).

It’s a gentle method that helps you feel calmer and more in control during times of stress, trauma, overload, accidents, work pressures, daily challenges, or relationship struggles.

Here’s how it works:
Place a light touch on the small bumps on your forehead, located between the middle of your forehead and your eyebrows (See green crosses on drawing). These reflex points have a harmonizing effect on the brain’s energy—specifically the frontal brain, where new options and ideas are processed.

By activating this area, the brain can shift into a more creative state, allowing you to think of new solutions without being overwhelmed by emotions.

It’s such an easy step to bring yourself back into balance. You can do this for yourself, or a friend can gently assist you.

I hope you’ll try this simple yet powerful technique to support yourself in stressful moments.

Thank you for your time.

I wish all of you wonderful beings high vitality and radiant wellness.

With kindness,
Sharon Carroll

Good Day, Gorgeous Souls,

Sharon Carroll, your Specialized Kinesiologist, at your service.

Today, I’d like to share some information with you about Muscle Monitoring (also known as Muscle Testing). This practice is truly an art. With experience and practice, it becomes refined, as each muscle test provides valuable feedback directly from your body.

Muscle testing gives us insight into the different energy systems within you. It is a powerful biofeedback mechanism that allows us to access the “bio-computer” (your brain) and enhance the performance of the various systems in your body.

Through these methods, we can explore and support you on many levels—mentally, emotionally, chemically, structurally, genetically, and more—bringing balance and alignment to your life.

If you’d like to experience balancing or learn more about muscle monitoring, please feel free to contact me.

Hi Gorgeous Souls,

Today, I’d like to share some insights about your energy.

Have you ever been out in public or at an event, and someone looked you up and down, leaving you feeling unsettled, upset, or even drained?

So why does this happen?

We all have energy that flows through our bodies to the brain, known as the central energy pathway. This pathway runs through the middle of the body, moving both up and down. We thrive and feel our best when the energy runs upward—it helps us concentrate, balances our energy, and supports overall vitality.

When our energy is flowing upward, we feel strong, clear, and energized. However, when it becomes “unzipped,” we may start to feel weak, fatigued, off-balance, or disconnected.

The central energy pathway is closely linked to our brain functions—of which we have seven—as well as to our innate intelligence, of which we have ten different types. When someone looks us up and down, it can “unzip” this energy flow, sending it downward and disrupting our internal wisdom. This affects not only the brain but also the organs, potentially lowering our overall vitality.

Other factors—such as stress, illness, challenging life circumstances, shock, or trauma—can also disturb this central energy pathway.

The good news is that there’s a very simple technique anyone, of any age, can learn and use at any time. It helps you feel refreshed, calmer, centered, and re-energized, restoring your natural balance.

If you’d like to know more about your central energy, or if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.

Thank you for your time.

I wish you all wonderful new beginnings, vibrant vitality, and lasting wellness.
