Over the last 40 years I have been on a journey exploring the body-mind connection as it relates to health. Through years of dedicated study and practice of yoga and of a multitude of alternative healing disciplines, I realized I was combing the wisdom of all of these to bring the body back to it's natural state of alignment. Thus "Devahiti" was born- a holistic approach that understands health t

o be a matter of continual adjustment on all levels; body, mind and spirit. It is a flexible and evolving process that adapts and responds to new and repeated challenges that are raised by our health requirements in an ever changing world.
