*Clients do not pay a membership fee for the Gym. All invoices must be paid upfront within 5 working days upon receipt of invoice.
2. Proof of payment must be emailed to thefitnesshybrid@gmail.com with name and surname as reference)
3. Cancellations less than 24 hours of scheduled session will still be charged.
4. Any health issues/surgeries/injuries (including cosmetic surgery) must be disclosed.
5. All medication must be disclosed (Incl. Steroids, Supplements & chronic medication)
6. All habits such as: Smoking, drinking, drugs etc. Must be disclosed.
7. Results are dependent on the clients diet and dedication to the program.
8. Minimum of 1 session a week for clients who use personal training services.
9. NO sexual, verbal or emotional abuse or harassment will be tolerated - legal action will be taken with immediate effect.
10. Respect your trainer and your trainers time.
