Welcome to the Oxford Street Medical Practice, the new consulting rooms for Dr MP Winkler and Dr A Powell. We are situated at no 14 Oxford Street, Hout Bay.Feel free to call Patricia on 021 205 3660 to book an appointment to see one of the doctors. We are open from 08:30-5:30 on weekdays and 9:00-12:00 on Saturdays.
