🎉I am excited to announce that I have two new team members joining me to guide you through your Kickstart 5k and couch-to-10km programs.

🏃‍♀️Meet Indy - born and bred in Hout Bay, and currently a PhD student at the University of Cape Town working in cancer genetics. She has been running since primary school, starting with cross-country, moving into track, and now guiding with the Trail Leopards. "After Rogan helped me bounce back from a running injury, I’m excited to join his program, mixing running and strength to get stronger, faster, and stay injury-free. Can’t wait to run with you!"

🏃‍♀️Meet Saskia - a young business development practitioner, born and raised in Hout Bay. Ever since she can remember, she has been drawn to sports and movement - first as an acrobat in her family’s circus, then to aerial and acro-yoga, and since 2020, she has been an avid road and trail runner. For the past year and a half, she has been a guide at the Trail Leopards, a local running club. "I’m super excited to now be joining Rogan’s 5 and 10-kilometre Run Programs as a guide and pace leader, and I'm looking forward to every step of this journey with you all!" :)
