We are starting off the year by Making a commitment to sitting in stillness and observing the present moment through the practice of meditation.

Although meditation is a practice which requires much patience and perseverance, with each session, the practice starts to become a little easier, and the mind a little quieter and calmer…

The benefits unfold gradually, like a flower blooming in its own time, bringing clarity, peace, and a deeper understanding of oneself. A true gift which each of us deserves.
