Each session is unique to the individual. A session can be deeply restorative OR deeply triggering to surface suppressed emotions & encourage the flow of life force in the physical and energetic body.
The session is guided purely through INTUITION, a DEEP PRESENCE and LISTENING…

I float here, asking life’s most difficult questions…
while navigating the endless waves of emotions…
It takes courage to dive deep into the oceans of your being.
A space where the wise soul is all-seeing.

Questions. Questions. Questions…
Internal confessions. External expressions.

The mind and heart constantly playing tug ‘o war,
while the soul watches patiently from ashore.
Storm clouds overshadow the ocean’s surface,
turbulent, dark waters serve their purpose.
Swimming through an ocean of infinite possibilities
while the heart and mind analyse all the probabilities.
And while I keep swirling through the unknown murky waters,
searching for answers among the sacred daughters,
the deep blue whispers “come dear child, swim this way!”
“The light will guide you from this dismay…”

I take a deep breath and plunge right in…
I surrender and trust the answers will come from within…
