A growing number of my countrymen are behaving in an undesirable fashion and are making it increasingly dangerous for the rest of us to go about our business. The Sliding Legolini is a pump-action crossbow that fires 6 bolts rapidly. It's probably not lethal, but is guaranteed to make one unapproachable. It takes me a week to print and assemble. You are welcome to try it out.

About Me.

Why do I do this? I started practising Bodywork in 1999. I had been out of school for 2 years and still had no idea what career path to follow. At the time, Massage answered more questions for me than anything else. What disciplines have you studied? Reflexology, Shiatsu, Thai (Naud Bo Rarn), Therapeutic, Osteomyo. What do you do? Thai Massage (Naud Bo Rarn) is 2500 years old. Its a sequence of moves that is Ingenious! My work is to be the best applicator of the sequence that I can be. I will scan your body looking for tension and blockages in energy channels. Often, these are the parts that are most uncomfortable, for the first few sessions. It is widely accepted that we hold memories and negative emotions in our bodies as tension or disease. I can help move it, but its up to you to be vigilant about your own progress. I recommend 1 treatment (1.5hrs)a week, and thereafter 1 treatment every 3/4 weeks. What can You expect? 1. Wear some loose fitting pants or tights. We are going to stretch your body and legs and I would prefer to not have your naked pelvis yawning at me. 2. As much as I want my clients to feel amazing after a treatment, Sometimes one can feel completely dreadful. This is because your system is cleaning itself and so...... 3. Ill say it again. DRINK ENOUGH WATER! lest you want to be saturated with your own metabolic waste. Its very possible that You are not Sick, You are Thirsty! IMPORTANT!! I require 24 Hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment lest you wish to be charged the full fee. Should you not show at all, you will also be charged the full fee. ***Its just manners!!! Someone else could have had your time slot. Be considerate! *** There is much more to massage than relaxation! Physiological benefits Stimulate blood circulation and assist the lymphatic system, improving the elimination of waste throughout the body. Relieves accumulated tension and restores flexibility to tight, sore muscles and improves muscle tone. Stimulates or calms nervous system depending on what is required by the client. Improves posture by enhancing one's own awareness of the body. Slows and regulates respiration, promoting deeper and easier breathing. Increases the flow of oxygen and nutrients to cells and tissues. Relieves cramps and muscle spasms and reduces pain and swelling. Fosters faster healing of strained muscles and sprained ligaments. Stretches connective tissue and increases tissue metabolism. Increases joint mobility and range of motion. Lowers blood pressure and reduces heart rate. Increases red blood cell count. Stimulates immune system and strengthens resistance to disease. Improves skin tone by removing dead cells and improving circulation. Improves flow of nutrients to soft tissues and joints. Makes you feel better all over! Psychological benefits Reduces mental stress and promotes better sleep. Fosters peace of mind. Provides a relaxed state of mental alertness. Improves concentration. Enhances capacity for calm thinking and creativity. Makes you feel better! Emotional benefits Reduces anxiety. Generates confidence and feelings of well being. Enhances self-image and self-worth. Increases awareness of mind-body connection. Makes you feel better!
