This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a variety of patients and making a real difference in people’s lives through quality care and rehabilitation.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience post community service
• Own transport essential
• Comfortable working across outpatients, hospital wards, and home visits
