Terms & Conditions of the Novavit Plus Page
Welcome to the Novavit Plus page, where you can keep in touch with what’s happening with Novavit Plus - your apple a day! To ensure we keep everyone happy and comfortable on our page, there are a few general terms and conditions we would like to make you aware of:
Novavit Plus reserves the right to remove any content from any of its social media pages if its’ members or followers break any of the terms and conditions below. Should any of the users repeatedly break these terms and conditions, that user may have his/her commenting privileges suspended and may be blocked from the Novavit Plus social media pages. Becoming a Member of the Page
1. When a customer 'Likes' the Novavit Plus Page, they automatically become a Member of the Page and give explicit permission to Novavit Plus to receive posts on their personal wall as well as other forms of communication, such as event invitations. Leaving the Page
1. Members of the Page can opt out of receiving further communication from Novavit Plus by following these instructions:
- Log onto Facebook
- Go to the Novavit Plus page
- Click “unlike” on the left side of the page
Competitions
1. Novavit Plus reserves the right to run various competitions on the page.
2. Competitions are open to all Page Members over the age of 16, resident in South Africa.
3. In order to be entered into the competitions, Members must follow the instructions given. Instructions and competition periods will vary. No voting exchange, international voting syndicates or similar methods of cheating may be used in our competitions. We reserve the right to block any members of the page who use such methods on a continual basis.
5. If a Member has won a competition, that member will not be allowed to enter another competition on the Novavit Plus page within a 14 day period.
4. The judge's decision is final.
5. In the event that any winner cannot be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so, Novavit Plus reserves the right to disqualify such winner from the competition and to select another winner in his/her stead.
6. The prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable (where applicable) and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. This competition shall not be open to Novavit Plus employees and their family members including the employees and family members of the Novavit Plus advertising and promotional agencies and distributors.
8. Winners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novavit Plus, its shareholders, directors, officers, trustees, agents, employees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies and distributors against any and all claims relating to loss of or damage to property, personal injury or death, legal proceedings, costs, demands and any other liabilities whatsoever suffered by them howsoever arising from or occurring in connection with their participation in this competition.
9. This promotion is in no way organized, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Organizer and not to Facebook.
10. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion can be directed to the Organizer and not to Facebook. Responsibility
Be aware that all comments and/or information posted on the Novavit Plus page under your username are your responsibility. Novavit Plus takes no responsibility for the content or opinions posted here by other members, so do so at your own risk. Legality

We are a community on this page, so please refrain from using offensive language (including anything overly obscene, racist, abusive or any sexually explicit language). Novavit Plus is a firm believer in individuality; however, when expressing this on our page please do so in a polite, respectful manner. All comments of an offensive or threatening nature will be removed immediately and you may be blocked from using the page. Discussions
