Help Us Give Zeehan The Life He Deserves!

Baby Zeehan is just 4 years old but his journey has already been marked by courage beyond his years. Born in January 2021, Zeehan was diagnosed in the womb with Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease — the most severe stage of kidney failure. Since then, he has bravely faced multiple surgeries, daily medication and relentless health struggles.

As a result of his condition, Zeehan suffers from high blood pressure, high cholesterol, dangerously low iron and hemoglobin levels, and at just 15 months old, he developed Rickets, a bone disease requiring lifelong treatment.

Despite all of this, Zeehan continues to smile , a quiet reminder of his strength and resilience. But he cannot do this alone.

He now needs a life-saving kidney transplant to survive. This is not just about giving him a chance to live, it’s about giving him the chance to live well, free from constant pain, fatigue and hospital visits.

Let’s come together to give Zeehan hope, healing, and the healthy childhood he deserves. Every act of kindness, every donation and every share of his story can help change the course of his life 🙏

1. Prevent Various Diseases

A nutritious diet lowers the risk of conditions like:

• Heart disease: Limit saturated fats and include omega-3 fatty acids from fish or flaxseeds.

• Type 2 diabetes: Opt for whole grains and reduce processed sugar.

• Certain cancers: Antioxidant-rich foods like berries and leafy greens combat cell damage.

🟢 Tip: Add a variety of fruits and vegetables to your plate daily—aim for at least 5 servings.
