Culture is intentional in its design and purposeful in its ex*****on. It is a predetermined result and will be strength tested by real-life situations. It is either planned or in some cases, it just 'happens'. Whatever your cultural origins, it will be evident in how you conduct business, and whether your employees like to be at their jobs or not.
