Om 'n 'goeie' naeltegniekus te wees is moeilik. Die standaarde is hoog, die vergoeding is laag.

1. Jy moet beskikbaar wees om jou ure aan te pas as kliente krisisse het. Met 50 + kliente, en die lewe wat gebeur, het jy so 2 tot 5 krisisse 'n week. So die ure wat jy af sou wees, offer jy op.
2. Jy moet elke dag op sosiale media bemarking posts post.
3. Jy moet elke dag nuwe sets edit en post.
4. Jy moet dieselfde dag kliente se boodskappe antwoord, afsprake skuif, betalings op volg en te allokeer, designs bespreek ens.
5. Jy moet almal gelukkig hou sonder om op jou foon te wees terwyl jy werk.
6. Jy moet op jou 3 sosialemedia platvorms post en boodskappe beantwoord en op comments reply.
7. Jy moet gereeld vir nuwe opleiding gaan. Net om on top of things te bly met nuwe tegnieke en art trends vat letterlik ure op sosiale media. So wanneer jy vanaand 18:00 klaar gewerk is moet jy op jou foon wees om nuwe dinge te leer.
8. Om te groeie moet jy DAAGLIKS nuwe tegnieke en art oefen.
9. Jy moet nuwe kleure en produkte aankoop sodat jou verskeidenheid kan groei.
10. Jy moet jou salon skoon hou, daaglikse roetiene. 'N ekstra 40 minute by jou dag.
11. Jy moet bereid wees om vroegoggend 5:00 te werk vir kliente wat 'n 8-5 job het. Dan so ook 17:00 en Saterdae 5:00 tot 17:00. Om almal in te kry op hulle idiale tye en presies 3 of 4 weke, nie langer nie.
12. Jou eie naels moet altyd netjies wees, en hoe meer WOW hoe beter. So op jou enigste af dag van die week doen jy jou eie naels.
13. Jou naels moet hou, al is jou klient iemand wat rof is met haar naels.
14. Jy moet art kan doen en wéét wat jy doen.
15. As jy siek is of 'n familie krisis het moet jy 'n back up plan vir jou kliente he. Sodra jy gesond is gebruik jy elke af tydjie om almal op te vang.

Dit moet jy doen vir 'n arm en 'n been. 7 dae 'n week, 365 dae 'n jaar. Tot jy ophou naels doen.

Wat ek probeer sê is, as jy sò naeltegnikus het, waardeer haar en hé bietjie meer genade.
